返品について

1. Customer Convenience:

As all items are Made-to-order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for customer reasons (e.g., wrong size/image, ordering errors, or high customs duties).
(受注生産品のため、お客様都合による返品・交換・キャンセルには一切応じられません。)

2. Defective Products:
If the product has a manufacturing defect (e.g., tearing, significant printing error, or wrong item), we will provide an exchange or refund.
Please contact us via the inquiry form with photos of the defect within 7 days of arrival.
(商品不備がある場合に限り、交換または返金いたします。到着後7日以内に、不備箇所の写真を添えてご連絡ください。)

3. Refusal of International Delivery:
Refunds will not be issued if a package is returned or refused due to the customer’s refusal to pay customs duties, VAT, or other import taxes.
